Introduction
Like most companies with a web presence, EPS uses automatic data collection tools such as cookies to operate our services and websites and to understand how you use them.
What are cookies
Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. They allow us to better analyze our site traffic patterns and to provide improved content, advertisements, products, and services. Cookies also allow us to refine and enhance the visitor experience and add personalization. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that if you would rather not store the information for future use. If you disable the operation of cookies, you may be unable to access certain functionality on this website and also our processing partner websites. For example, cookies allow us to provide you with customized content in online areas where you “sign-in” to access your information. They also protect you against others from accessing your account information by prompting you to re-enter your Enhanced Payment Systems, LLC password after a period of inactivity within your account.
Types of cookies we use and why
When you use our website to browse our products and services and view the information we make available, a number of cookies are used by us and by third parties to allow the website to function, to collect useful information about visitors, and to help to make your user experience better.
How you can manage cookies
You have many rights and controls when it comes to managing cookies. Please note, though, that if you reject all cookies, it may impact your interaction with our website. This means that you may worsen your overall user experience since it will no longer be personalized to you. It may also stop you from saving customized settings, like login information. You can set your cookie preferences by clicking on the appropriate opt-out links provided or by modifying your browser controls as described below.

What you should know about Do Not Track (DNT) settings in web browsers
Web browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari may give you the ability to enable a “do not track” feature that sends signals to the websites you visit indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is not the same as blocking or deleting cookies, because browsers with a “do not track” feature enabled may still accept cookies. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to “do not track” signals, although one may develop in the future. As a result, we do not respond to “do not track” signals at this time. If we do so in the future, we will describe how in this Cookie Notice. To learn more about “DNT”, “All About Do Not Track” is a good resource.
Updates to this Policy
From time to time, we may change this Notice in response to updated services, changing technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements, or for other purposes. You can review this notice regularly to stay up to date on our use of cookies. The date at the top of this notice displays when it was last updated.
